The terms of the game.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of Outclaim.lol (the "Service"), including the public leaderboards, claim pages, checkout, badges, notification emails and related features. By using the Service, submitting a claim or completing a payment, you agree to these Terms, the Rules and the Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use the Service and do not pay for a position. Before checkout you must confirm, by ticking a box, that you have read and agree to these Terms, the Rules and the Privacy Policy. We record that confirmation, its time and the version you accepted with your claim.

1. Operator and contact

The Service is operated by KeyGrow, the company behind Outclaim.lol ("we", "us", "our"), and provided from https://outclaim.lol. Legal and listing notices: hello@outclaim.lol. Public contact: @outclaimlol on X.

These Terms work together with the public Rules. If the Rules and these Terms conflict, these Terms control.

2. What the Service is

Outclaim.lol is a paid public ranking. You may pay to list a brand, identified by its website, on a keyword board and to occupy a rank based on the cumulative amount paid for that keyword, according to the Rules. Listings are paid placements, not editorial reviews, certifications, endorsements or independent rankings, and the boards are not a statement about the quality of any brand.

A payment buys a chance to appear on the board at the rank that amount can take at the moment the payment is confirmed. It does not buy traffic, clicks, customers, revenue, exclusive placement, a fixed duration at a specific rank, search-engine rankings or any particular result. Any other brand can pay more and outrank you at any time. The Today board only counts payments since 00:00 UTC on the current day. We may change, pause or discontinue features, keywords, ranking formulas, minimums and increments.

3. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
• If you use the Service for a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company, and "you" includes that company.
• You may not use the Service if you are prohibited from receiving services under the laws that apply to you, including trade sanctions.

4. Payments, Whop and taxes

Checkout is processed by Whop. We do not collect or store payment-card numbers. Whop's terms and privacy notice also apply to the payment itself. Amounts are priced in US dollars; applicable taxes may be added at checkout. Claim amounts are whole dollars between the keyword's minimum and $250,000, as shown before you pay.

Completing checkout is an offer to buy ranking placement on these Terms. Rank is assigned when Whop confirms the payment and the claim is written to the board, at whatever position that amount then supports. Amounts paid for the same website on the same keyword accumulate, as described in the Rules.

5. No refunds

All payments are final and not refundable. Ranking placement is a digital service that begins as soon as payment is confirmed: the listing is created or raised and the paid amount is counted on the public board. Being outranked later, a drop on the Today board at midnight UTC, fewer clicks than you hoped for, downtime, or a later removal for breach of these Terms does not create a refund.

By completing checkout you request that we start this digital service immediately and acknowledge that you lose any statutory right of withdrawal or cooling-off period to the extent the law allows that waiver. Where a mandatory consumer right cannot be waived, we honor it. Chargebacks or payment disputes without a legally required basis are a breach of these Terms; we may remove the listing and refuse future use of the Service.

6. Your listing and your warranties

By submitting a claim you represent and warrant that:

• you own or are authorized to represent the brand, website, handle and logo you submit, and to send visitors to that website;
• the listing and the destination comply with all applicable laws, including advertising, consumer, privacy, intellectual-property and regulated-industry rules;
• you are not impersonating another person, brand or company, and you are not claiming a rank for a competitor's site without authorization;
• the destination is not malware, phishing, a scam or a site whose primary purpose is to deceive visitors;
• the website shows who is legally responsible for it and a working way to contact them; and
• the information you submit is accurate and you will keep it accurate.

7. Prohibited listings and use

In addition to the Rules, you may not list or use the Service for:

• sexual, pornographic or adult-platform content; chat, invite or messaging-group links; or link shorteners and redirects used to hide the real destination;
• content that is illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, harassing, hateful, violent or that exploits children;
• counterfeit goods, unauthorized streaming or other infringement of copyright, trademark or other rights;
• offers that require licenses you do not have, including certain financial, medical, gambling or weapons-related offers;
• interfering with the Service: scraping beyond ordinary browsing, manipulating presence or click counts, bypassing rate limits, automated claims without our written permission, or reverse engineering except as allowed by mandatory law.

8. Our right to remove listings

We may refuse, delay, edit, hide or permanently remove any listing, rank, badge or related page, with or without notice, including where we believe these Terms, the Rules or the law may have been broken; where a rights holder or platform complains; where operator details are missing or invalid; or where we think the listing creates legal, security or reputational risk. Removed claims stop counting toward rank. Removal does not entitle you to a refund.

9. Third-party names and content

To run the boards we display information you submit about your brand (name, handle, logo, tagline, website) and may fetch a favicon from the website you list. We use that material only to identify the listed brand on Outclaim.lol, to show visitors where a paid position leads, and to operate, moderate and improve the Service. Third-party names remain their owners' property. Appearance on the board does not suggest sponsorship or endorsement by any rights holder unless the lister is that rights holder.

Outclaim.lol, our wordmark, the mark and the look of the Service are ours. You may not copy the Service, scrape the boards for a competing ranking product, or use our brand in a way that suggests we endorse you. Whop, Vercel and other third-party names remain their owners' property.

10. License you grant us

You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, cache, reproduce, adapt (for sizing, formatting, badges, share images and ranking display) and publicly display your listing for as long as needed to operate, promote and keep an archive of the Service. You also grant visitors the right to see that listing on the Service and on badges and share images. To have a listing taken down, email hello@outclaim.lol. Takedown does not undo a completed payment.

11. Notification emails

Claiming a position subscribes the email address you provide to transactional notifications about that position: confirmation, outclaimed alerts and position changes. These are part of the Service, not marketing. We do not send marketing email. To stop them, ask us to remove your listing.

12. Complaints and rights notices

If you believe a listing infringes your copyright, trademark, publicity or other rights, or that a listed site is unlawful, email hello@outclaim.lol with: (1) your name and contact details; (2) the board and listing concerned; (3) the destination URL; (4) a description of the problem; and (5) a statement that the notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act. We may remove or restrict the listing while we review the notice and may share the notice with the lister.

13. No endorsement, no earnings claims

Appearance on a board is not our opinion of a brand. We do not verify that listed companies, claims or results are true. Audience numbers describe what our systems measured; they are not a promise that you will get any particular outcome. Links from the Service to listed websites leave Outclaim.lol; those destinations have their own terms and practices, and we are not responsible for them.

14. Availability and changes

We provide the Service as is. It may be unavailable, slow or incorrect. We may change ranking rules, minimums, keyword inventory or these Terms. If a change is material, we will update the date and version at the top of this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the new Terms. For a payment already completed, the Terms in effect at checkout still apply to that payment, except where a change is required by law or needed to address a security or legal risk.

15. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free, or that listings, names, images, ranks or counts are accurate or complete.

16. Limitation of liability

We do not limit liability that applicable law says we cannot limit, including liability for intent, gross negligence or injury to life, body or health. Subject to that:

• we are not liable for lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill, substitute services or other indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages;
• our total liability for any claim relating to a payment is limited to the amount you paid us for the listing that the claim concerns in the three months before the claim.

17. Indemnity

You will defend, indemnify and hold harmless KeyGrow and the people working on the Service from claims, damages, losses and reasonable legal fees arising out of your listing, your website, your payment or chargeback, your breach of these Terms, or your infringement of someone else's rights.

18. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator's place of business, excluding conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer with a mandatory local law that cannot be displaced, that law still protects you. If you are not a consumer, the courts at the operator's place of business have exclusive jurisdiction, to the extent permitted.

19. General

• If a part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
• Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a transfer of the Service.
• These Terms, the Rules, the Privacy Policy and the checkout details you confirm form the entire agreement for the Service.
• Payments, hosting, email delivery, storage and analytics involve third parties (Whop, Vercel, Neon, Upstash, Resend). Their outages or decisions are outside our control.
